Parabolic Spring

Basically, a parabolic spring is a spring that consists of two or more leaves. The leaves touch only in the center where they are fixed to the axle and at the outer ends, they are fixed to the vehicle. In between those two points, the leaves do not touch each other as they do with conventional leaf springs.

The bushing is cylindrical in shape so that it can fit snuggly into the end of the leaf spring. This bushing. provides some shock absorbing cushion to help make the ride smoother.

Spring Pins

A spring pin is a mechanical fastener that secures the position of two or more parts of a machine relative to each other. Spring pins have a body diameter which is larger than the hole diameter, and a chamfer on either one or both ends to facilitate starting the pin into the hole.

Silent Block

Silent Block Bushes are very important components of an automobile, and are also known as Silent Block Bushings and Silent Block Rubber Bushes. These bushes are made from premium quality two concentric steel sleeves with rubber that ensures strong design and construction. The rubber is flowed into the gap between two sleeves in order to fill up the void and further vulcanized at constant temperature & pressure. Moreover, the pressure will be added to ensure maximum dynamic strength as well as endurance. The silent block bushes used in automobiles are capable of taking varied types of load intensity such as torsional movement, axial & radial load.
